Introduction to Business Operation

Screening test / Quality Conformance Inspection

At HIREC, we conduct Screening test/Quality Conformance Inspection required by JAXA QTS (NASDA QTS), MIL-PRF, MIL-STD, etc. to assure customers of reliability of our electronic products.

The method of the tests conducted for the screening or quality verification meets the requirements of MIL-STD-883, 750, 202 etc.

Screening Test

HIREC conducts screening test and related works in order to assure that devices meet a required quality level.

The following inspection/tests are carried out as the screening test, to remove parts containing latent defect.

  • X-ray photographic inspection
  • Electrical parameter test (includes delta judgment)
  • Burn-in test Dynamic/Static
  • Temperature cycling test
  • Constant acceleration test
  • Appearance inspection
Burn-in test

In connection with the above screening test, we conduct works related to writing programs on such programmable devices as FPGA, PROM and ASICs.
